    You can activate YouCan Ship directly from your YouCan dashboard. Go to the YouCan Ship section in the side menu and click “Try YouCan Ship.” After that, you can start shipping your parcels right away.

  2. How can I send parcels with YouCan Ship?

    To send a parcel, click 'Create new parcel' → choose parcel type → fill in pickup and delivery details → select your shipping company → and send.

  3. How can I get and print my shipping label?

    Go to your parcel, click the three dots → choose Print → select the format and details you want → click Download.

  4. How can I cancel a parcel?

    To cancel a parcel, go to Parcels → select the parcel → click the three dots → then click Cancel.

  5. How can I withdraw my money?

    To withdraw your funds, go to Balance → Withdraw request → fill in the required details and submit.

  6. How are returns handled?

    If a parcel is returned, it will appear in the Returns section where you can manage or reschedule it.

  7. Can I track my parcels?

    Yes, you can track all your parcels directly from your YouCan Ship dashboard.
