You can activate YouCan Ship directly from your YouCan dashboard. Go to the YouCan Ship section in the side menu and click “Try YouCan Ship.” After that, you can start shipping your parcels right away.

To send a single parcel: Click “Create new parcel” > Single parcel > enter the pickup address (courier address) > customer information > parcel details > product details > choose the shipping company > then click “Send for delivery now.”

Go to the parcel you want > click the three dots on the left > select Print > choose the label format and size > select the info you want to show > click Download. You’ll get a ready-to-print label with all your parcel details.

To cancel a parcel after creating it: Go to the Parcels section > select the parcel > click the three dots on the left > then click Cancel.

To make a withdrawal: Go to Balance > Withdraw request > enter the amount > click Request withdrawal > confirm and submit. You can track your withdrawal status in the Withdraw requests page.

If the customer can’t be reached, we’ll make several contact attempts. If the customer refuses delivery or the parcel needs to be returned for any reason, we’ll coordinate with you to return it according to the selected shipping company’s policy.
